My quesiton is why now? After working for Disney for two years and up and decided to start wearing it everyday? It would have been different if she was hired wearing it and had always worn it. That's only my opinion.
hmmm...I wonder, does she work in a position that would cause it to be a safety concern? or hinder job performance? If not, it sounds like Disney was in the wrong. I will spare the big drawn-out HR explanation.
ReplyDeleteThe story states that she just gained US citizenship before she started wearing it. That signals to me that she was likely working for Disney on a work visa. If she had lost her job, she could have lost her visa and been forced to leave.
